👉 Mix 3 tablespoons into a bucket of warm water. 

👉 Take salt water bath 

Throw the used Negative salt water in the toilet and rinse the bucket with fresh water.   

Moisture the skin after salt water bath or Foot soak.  

NOTE: If your skin becomes irritated or very itchy after Salt Water Bath. Kindly use it only for Foot Soak.   

The temperature of the warm water can be approximately 39 degrees Celsius or less based on your comfort level.

This has to be used every day to see best results.   

You can start doing this every day for the first two weeks, and then gradually decrease the frequency to thrice a week for as long as necessary.    

Because Salt has spiritual power and is considered the great neutraliser. It can help cleanse, heal and balance energy, while repelling negative vibrations.  

 👉The food we eat, has to be digested and then thrown out of body in 24 hours, else we will fall ill.
👉The water we drink, gets in our body and is thrown out in 4 hours, else we will fall ill.
